I am a scientist at Intel components research working in ultra-low power pervasive computing to revolutionize mobile computing, media & medical imaging. My present research involves : spintronic non-volatile logic, wearable computing and optical interconnects. All are geared for consumer electronic applications for year 2020.

- First 18 Gbps silicon optical switch using a microring
- First 3T optical imaging using commercial MRI machines
I have 25 patents (including 5 licenses) and 60 publications with 1200 citations.
