This Center supported global client requirements. During tenure as head, coached and mentored several engineers & managers on technical, managerial and design for manufacturing aspects. This center also achieved AS9100- Rev C certification,

• Created Product Life Cycle centric service called SToPSS (Sanmina Total Product Support Service) covering post sale support and product withdrawal phases (to meet new Green Standards like WEEE, REACH etc.)

• Built and managed large (600+) business unit for Product Engineering in HCL Technologies Limited. Created the new EMS vertical for supporting Global EMS vendors.

• Created and established three new services;

• Product Engineering Line of service called C2M (Concept to Manufacturing)

• Total Product Lifecycle Sustenance service called ToPS (Total Product Support)

• Value Engineering Service called VAVE (Value Analysis and Value Engineering)

• Responsible for Setting up Automotive, Telecom & Networking Product Engineering Services for HCL Technologies.

• Pioneered the Campus Adoption Program (CAP) for HCL Technologies Limited for the fresh graduate recruitment resulting in quicker deployment and better quality of delivery

• Achieved India’s first ISO 13485 for Medical Design & Development facility of HCL Technologies Limited.

• Responsible for analyst briefing and webinars for Product Engineering Services in HCL Technologies Limited.
