Hi, I’m Sateesh Muvva ( Sateesh Reddy Muvva )

I’m an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community advocate with roots in Pedaparimi, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, South India, now calling Australia home. I came to Australia in 1999 as a student with big dreams and a drive to build a better future.

Starting from humble beginnings behind a service station counter, I’ve grown to become the Chairman and majority shareholder of Srini Group, a business spanning property development, residential and commercial real estate, and FMCG sectors.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve poured my heart into creating impactful projects, like Signature Wollongong, a 22-storey luxury development completed in 2020. It’s Wollongong’s tallest building, with 151 apartments, retail spaces, and top-notch amenities like a concierge service, outdoor fitness center, and jet swimming pool. My approach is simple: prioritize high service standards, invest in my team, and reposition assets to deliver exceptional value. Through my work, I’ve created jobs for hundreds and helped international students secure permanent residency in Australia.

Philanthropy is close to my heart. In 2014, I founded the Sree Muvva Foundation in honor of my mother to uplift communities in India. We’ve brought clean water and sanitation to 10,000 people in my hometown through advanced purification and sewage systems. Here in Australia, I support the Dapto Rotary Club with land donations and contribute to cancer research charities. For me, giving back isn’t just a choice—it’s a responsibility to drive education, development, and collective growth.
