Satori World Medical

Offering a wide range of medical procedures performed at International Centers of Excellence around the world, Satori World Medical helps patients obtain medical treatment from 40 to 80 percent less cost than in the United States. Satori World Medical works with payors, plan sponsors, employers, and individuals, allowing them all to share in the savings.

Satori World Medical has a network of highly regarded hospitals and physicians around the world. Under the direction of Chief Medical Officer Ron Johnson, M.D., F.A.C.S., Satori World Medical performs regular quality audits to check that each facility complies with the organization’s rigorous quality control measures. Each Satori World Medical center must earn accreditation from the Joint Commission International and employ a staff of physicians with United States, United Kingdom, or equivalent training and board certifications, as well as an English-speaking medical and nursing staff.

Centers working with Satori World Medical use the latest technologies and often have established relationships with American institutions like Johns Hopkins, Harvard Medical and the Cleveland Clinic. Satori World Medical’s Chief Medical Officer personally performs an on-site certification visit at each network hospital and leads the team to continuously monitor quality and care standards.

In addition to boasting strong quality of care, Satori World Medical works with each patient to create a positive customer experience from start to finish. Patients receive top attention and care from their first phone call through to their follow-up visits once they have returned to the United States. Before and during the process, Satori’s Nurse Patient Advocates and Travel Care Coordinators arrange all aspects of care, from discussing procedures and companion care, to arranging flights and ground transportation.

When the patients reach their destination, a concierge host meets them and guides them through the process, from immigration and customs to the hospital stay and eventual discharge. The concierge host also assists the patient’s companion with travel needs and arranges transportation back to the airport after recovery.
