Curious about Audio Engineering, Satrio took a short course with SAE New Zealand alumni after graduating with a degree in Political Science from Universitas Nasional. After he finished the program, he found that music production and engineering was his passion. He decided to take his audio engineering knowledge to the next level through formal education at SAE Institute. He was awarded as Most Outstanding Student, and two of his projects were awarded Best Student Project. He received his degree in Audio Production from Middlesex University London.
Satrio has worked with foreign and local clients/bands/musicians such as Google, GIGI, Krakatau, Iwa K, Indra Lesmana, Audy Item, Banda Magda, Liza Colby (USA), Gya, Bayu Risa, Kerispatih, Dwiki Dharmawan, Astrid, Maudy Ayunda, Monita Tahalea, Pee Wee Gaskins, Stereocase, Colby Mlambo (South Africa), Andrea Turk, and many more.
He works as Lecturer at SAE Institute Indonesia; Record Producer, Music Arranger, and Mixing/Mastering Engineer at his own production house; and Label Manager at Collab Asia.
Besides working in the audio world, he is also interested in photography, design, and art.
