•Good Programming Knowledge in SAP ABAP HR & ABAP modules.

•Good knowledge on the PA & OM Data Interfaces & Reporting.

•Good knowledge on the PA, OM and Benefits.

•Good Knowledge on Payroll module and Time management.

•Good programming experience on LDB’s (Logical databases) & Infotypes

•Expertise on Module pool programming.

•Expertise on Interfaces, Reports & Data Dictionary.

•Good knowledge on ALE/IDOC, LSMW, Forms & BDC.

•Good knowledge on enhancements like user exits, Badi’s.

•Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
