Saul Albom
Saul is a multi-disciplined financial & media professional. Financial experiences range from; managing domestic equities, bonds, establishing retirement plans, Reg D 506 offerings, due diligence, establishing selling groups with broker/dealers, sourcing acquisition targets, assisting with the preparations for companies to go public/reverse merge, acquiring growth capital, creating road shows and presentations to stock brokers, private equity and due diligence officers. Saul is the official money man for "America Tonight", a nationally syndicated radio program. From time to time he also guests hosts. He has also shot a pilot business show, night club commercials and on location interviews & exposés with CEOs of well over a 100 public companies. He holds FINRA Series 7, Series 24 and Series 66 licenses in good standing. He is currently a registered principal and an investment banker with Starlight Investments, LLC. There he works with companies in media, energy, technology and consumer products. Saul has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tulsa and has earned certificates from the following universities; Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d'Amiens Picardie - France, Université de Picardie Jules Verne - France, Université Laval - Canada and Southern Methodist University - Dallas, TX. In his spare time Saul studies ancient Greek and Roman history along with Western philosophy and psychology. He was a founder of the North Dallas Evening Rotary Club and was the President of the Helping Hands charity which is a fund raising arm of the Dallas Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence.
