Saul Lieberman

I fell in love with photography at a very young age, which lead me to earn a BFA from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. I excelled at portraiture and set off for New York. With determination and passion I walked my book door to door. Shortly after, I received a cover assignment for The New York Times Magazine. Since then I've worked for nearly fifteen years for clients around the country: Wired, Forbes, GQ, Paper, and The New York Times, and for people across the street. I now live in Evanston, just north of Chicago with my wife and children. I specialize in assignment photography and portraiture of all kinds. My strengths lie in my ability to connect and work quickly with a subject, drawing from a place of perception and intuition. Using this approach I try to discover something unique and special in every shot. Photography is my profession so I take great pride in being flexible, efficient and sensitive to the needs of the people I work with.
