Saumyata Thakker

I’m an International student at Algonquin College. I am majoring in International Business and I am currently in my third year.

My interest in pursuing this field stems from several factors which have affectedme. I have been exposed to international tradingthroughout my life. With my father and two of my uncles in the Export-Importbusiness, Ihave grown up under the shadow of inter-national affair. I have also spent the last two summers in India working as in Intern for Shree Bhagwati Flour and Foods.

My hobbies include reading, cooking and painting. I’m passionate about art and music.
