OnTrac Leadership Certification Award

This certification is done based on various aspects. Its starts with a rigorous training done by the OnTrac Team and a 8 weeks Review period to be monitored by the parent company and reporting manager for the Team Leader. Once these 2 levels complete, the Team Leader has to do a presentation for a panel of judges and display the implementation of training and developments across the 8 weeks of review. According to that he is rated on a scale of 1 to 5 as per his/her implementation and learning.
