Saurabh Deshmukh

I’m Saurabh Deshmukh, a Senior Automation and Manufacturing Engineer with over 14 years of experience designing, integrating, and supporting automated systems in regulated manufacturing environments, including pharmaceutical and life sciences production in the U.S.

My work has focused on process automation, equipment integration, IT/OT systems, and networked control architectures, supporting everything from new equipment introduction to long-term manufacturing operations. I’ve led and supported factory acceptance testing, system qualification, vendor coordination, and cross-functional engineering efforts to bring complex automated systems into reliable production use.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, with academic focus in controls, systems engineering, and industrial automation.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and exploring new environments through travel, fitness, and time outdoors. I also enjoy cooking and music as creative outlets alongside a technically driven career.
