Previously, I helped start the Global Peace Exchange (GPE) chapter at Birmingham-Southern College, where I served as the chapter President from 2013-2016. GPE was originally founded in 2006 at Florida State University in an effort to provide an opportunity for students to engage in humanitarian work and cultural exchange. The hope is that students achieve a shared understanding of the common human struggle to survive, and a more complete understanding of the challenges of living in developing countries. And through the various GPE Projects, we were able to achieve just that. Since our inception in 2006, over 200+ volunteers have traveled to more than 10 different countries around the world. We have had projects in Nepal, Rwanda, Cambodia, Thailand, Ghana, Uganda, Moldova, and Guatemala.

Certification: Blackbaud Certified in bCRE-PRO, the highest level of product certification in Raiser's Edge currently available at the Professional level.
