21. Moody and Floaty. Love it when life gets fancy. Considerably tiny appetite. Much bigger appetite for travel, leisure and cuisine.

I can't remember the first time I got high off the fragrance of sautéed garlic, or when charred parallels on ripening red tomatoes, with a cloud of smoke swirling right above the grill looked exceedingly like a work of art. I can't remember when food ceased to be just food and transformed into the love of my life (butterflies and tummy squeezes included.) Nothing gives me more satisfaction than watching someone unwind from a long, hard day with a plate of my food in front of them. One satisfied smile is all I need to get my heart beating. I could live off that energy my whole life. Yes, I want to own a restaurant some day. Yes, I spend countless hours fantasising about my diverse, lip-smacking restaurant that I lose sight of reality. But I know that all long journeys must begin with the first step, and voilà, here's mine! This blog is a gateway to all of my explorations about food - the white coats, the quirky facts, recipes, you name it! And for all those who mirror my feelings, you get all that on a platter! Bon appetite!
