Leadership means taking control and is able to handle bad situations in a calm matter.Leaders are the most successful people because they have all of the tools to be great and run a great business. Leaders have the ability to influence others, teach others how become leaders, and they help teach how to become great at what they are doing. My main mantras and what I live by are these "constantly strive for greatness." "I can do anything through Christ who gives me strengths."

Achievement & success

Being successful is the main goal in my life. I believe being successful in life brings joy and happiness. A small example when I make a list I love the satisfaction of crossing off like an activity I completed that day.

Determination

I set my mind to it and I will go for the stars. This is almost no goal to big or too small. Even if it means to finish a homework assignment or be the Ceo of a company. I like to think that I am a hard worker and give my effort in anything.
