Robert A. Massey was employed as a New York City Police Detective for approximately twenty-three years. Mr. Massey's tenure within the Department has yielded him becoming a New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, certified Trainer and Lecturer. He is a New York State Certified Instructor of General Topics, a New York State Evaluator and a New York State Certified Master Instructor. He functioned as a Criminal Investigator within the Internal Affairs Bureau, which is responsible for investigating police corruption and misconduct throughout all New York City Police Department Personnel. He decided to retire after time-served to pursue Full-time Christian Ministry and his humanitarian passion as a HIV Awareness Activist.

Robert Massey, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bernard M. Baruch College, in Counseling Psychology and minored in African-American History/Education in 1994. In 1996, he enrolled in the New York Theological Seminary, where he graduated with honors having a 3.8 GPA and received the Master of Professional Studies Degree, in Pastoral Theology and Counseling. In 1998, he was ordained as a Reverend/Pastor to the Gospel Ministry, at The Highland Avenue Southern Baptist Church of Jamaica, Queens New York, by The Reverend Subash Cherian and The Bishop Dr. Roderick R. Caesar, Jr., Senior Pastor of The Bethel Gospel Tabernacle of South Jamaica, Queens New York. Presently, he ministers nationally and internationally upon request. In 2014, he was Ordained to the Office of the Apostle by Apostle Dr. Robert Ragland, of Victorius Triumphant Word Church International, Brooklyn New York, and Apostle Marcella Morrison, of Dominion Christian Center, Inc., Harlem New York. From 1997 until present, Robert has been instrumental and has built a reputation on helping Pastors start churches and establish ministries through-out the NYC Metropolitian area. In May of 2015, Robert Massey received a Doctor of Ministry Degree, conferred by Anointed By God Ministries Alliance and Seminary, in Brooklyn, New York.

He is already considering two doctoral programs, one is at Princeton University and the other is at Drew University. He has received innumerable commendations, awards for excellence, leadership, law enforcement leadership, training, pastoral affairs and achievements. Thus, with honorable mention, amongst all his achievements, he's also the proud father of his daughter, Miss Alicia Massey.
