About Cristina's Creations

My name is Caitlin Sawyer and i'm a 21 year old college student who is studying Dance and Public Relations at Hofstra University. Throughout my college career I have been involved in various clubs and organizations. The experiances I had in these various organizations aided me in picking my non-profit.

The non-profit I created is called is in memory of my best friend Cristina. It is called Cristina's Creations. The non-profit works with inner city school kids as teaching in inner city schools was a passion of hers. The organization particpates in activites with children such as arts (another passion of hers), helping with homework, and outdoor activities. Before her passing Cristina planned to be a teacher at an inner city school so it only seemed fitting to create an organization that would have been so close to her heart.
