Sawyer Petrick

Sawyer Petrick is a New School graduate who studied film, with a concentration in screenwriting, during his time at the New York college. As a capstone project, he produced "The Newsboy Racket,” a screen play that received high honors. Sawyer Petrick subsequently worked with Whole Picture Films as writer and was a consultant on the full-length film The Speech and the web series The Look.

Over the past several years, Mr. Petrick has gained experience in a variety of hospitality settings. A New York Bartending School certificate program graduate, he has been a bar back at Union Square Cafe and developed strong communications skills with patrons and team members.

Mr. Petrick also completed a special projects internship with the ARK Restaurant Group that spanned a full range of administrative tasks across seven bar and restaurant locations. He monitored income projections on a daily basis and maintained accurate Excel records. A New York Giants fan, Sawyer Petrick enjoys activities such as playing basketball in his free time.
