For the past two years, I've been working as a System Engineer at Infosys in Nagpur, India. In this role, I've honed my skills in system administration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

While I value my engineering background, I'm increasingly drawn to the world of Salesforce and its potential to revolutionize customer relationship management. I'm particularly interested in its cloud-based architecture, automation capabilities, and the chance to directly impact business success.
