Hi, I’m a Data Science and Decision Intelligence leader with over 13 years of experience turning complex data into decisions that drive real business impact.
My journey has taken me across commercial analytics, supply chain optimization, and now AI-driven audit and risk transformation at Tesco. Currently, I lead a team of decision scientists while working closely with senior leaders across the UK to embed advanced analytics and AI into how the Group makes decisions, manage risk, and create value at scale.
What sets me apart is not just building models- but asking the right questions before building them. I enjoy working at the intersection of data, strategy, and human judgment, where insights don’t just inform decisions—they challenge them.
In my current role, I’m focused on transforming the data science maturity within audit and risk capabilities, leveraging machine learning and decision science to move from reactive assurance to proactive, continuous intelligence.
