Having 5+ years of experience, in IT industries, I have completed courses such as A+, N+, MCSE-2003 2007.

Have worked as Remote Support Engineer for 2 Years, were we got good opportunitie to learn VMware, ADS, Altis etc.

Promoted as Incident manger My primary role involves, Attending HPI issue (High Priority Incident) process is to restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained. Incidents that cannot be resolved quickly will be assigned to specialist technical support groups. A resolution or work-around should be established as quickly as possible in order to restore the service.

Born in Hubli (karnataka) on 02nd March 1983, Complited S.S.L.C in Shri Vivekanand English Medium Schiool, PUC and Degree in Nehru College Hubli.
