Designing for performance, craft and clarity has been a constant thread throughout my life, and over the last 23+ years it has grown into a career leading user experience and product design. As a design leader, I have evolved from starting out as a video editor to heading design for complex products and teams, while staying deeply connected to hands-on craft and systems thinking.

This journey has taken me across multiple regions in India and international markets, shaping a grounded leadership style that never loses sight of where I started or who I design for. I care about building accountable, high-performing teams, scaling design systems, and creating experiences that balance user needs with business impact.​
