Sarah Danae Lawrence

Brisbane, Qld Australia

Sarah, who is also a studying psychologist, developed FitCulture to promote healthy living and to educate people on how beneficial exercise can be and the benefits it will have on one’s overall health both physically and mentally. After her mother was diagnosed with a tumor in her thyroid and started to struggle with weight gain due to a complete thyroid removal, Sarah decided it was time to study personal training and help others with creating healthier, happier version of themselves. Her aim is to motivate people to see the strength they have in themselves to overcome these issues or better yet that they CAN still do something about it. Her biggest and most passionate reason for developing FitCulture was to make a difference in people’s lives.

Over time she has helped people overcome weight issues from obesity to eating disorders. She has understood that to make a change in your body she must first help you change your mindset toward health and exercise.

“I will believe in you even if no one else does. Even if you don't believe in yourself” – SazzyPT x
