The first project I participated in was the one with permission issued on 02/02/2006 for the erect a 3 story iiib masonry single family residence with basement and detached 3 car masonry garage with roof deck. conditional permit subject to field inspection.. The pre-calculated value of the investment was $600000.00 and for the permit itself we needed to pay $4400.40. But this wasn't a good job for me, so I set up another way for my professional development.
