Sungeun Joey Baek is a young and talented musician from South Korea. JOEY received his Bachelor of Music degree with honorable scholarships from one of the most renowned music schools in Korea, Kyung-Hee University. During his study in South Korea, He won a piano competition in university and he performed a piano concerto with the Kyung-Hee Symphony orchestra. While there, He also was bandmaster and composer in his own jazz piano trio. JOEY has extensive experience in sacred music including a recording of Easter Cantata "Christ" in 2007 and has held various church music artistic positions since 2005 to the present. Now Joey is a primary organist at pilgrim church in Duxbury. He is currently studying Jazz and Film scoring at Berklee College of Music on a scholarship to extend his music genres from classical to contemporary.
