Sarahbeth Caplin

I'm Sarahbeth (better known as Beth) and I write mostly Young Adult fiction novels, with the exception of one memoir and poetry collection. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I have a BA in English Literature from Kent State University, where I first saw my name in print as an opinion columnist for The Daily Kent Stater.

I now make my home in northern Colorado, and am a frequent blogger about "hard stuff" - rape culture, feminism, social stigmas, and I tackle hard questions about faith and religion. These subjects are woven into my fiction as well. I write to entertain, but also to make people think.
