I am passionate about my daughters and my career in technology.

With over 25 years of experience in software development on embedded, desktop and mobile platforms as well as data warehousing and data analytics design, my passion for technology endures. I have held positions from development team member to VP of Engineering and most recently co-founded a technology consultancy in Dallas, Texas.

Regarding tools, I am agnostic. Instead my focus is on solving problems elegantly, using the appropriate tools that will allow the path to growth to be followed.

The core of my beliefs are that educating and connecting with my co-workers and customers is paramount. I value business and personal interactions in which I can build relationships in an environment that fosters an open, honest dialog. An environment that allows the expectations of all involved to be realized and for shared goals to be formulated and based upon an exchange of information and education. This core is what fuels my motivation to be graceful, to create and to grow.

My daughters are my light. They are the influences who have guided me to become who I am today. Watching them grow and helping them navigate life has taught me to embrace a sense of gratitude for the challenges and imperfections that life presents to us. They have helped me find a path in my own life that gives me a sense of fulfilment and continued growth.

In life we are all connected. Our strength and resilencey is fueled by our connections to others. Together, we are able to create success.
