Based on all the needs and obstacles that I have faced everyday to succeed, I believe that women have different needs than a man. As head of the household, and a hardworking student. I understand that life is so much easier if we have more education. Being the head of my household I am in charge of the nutrition to keep my kids and myself healthy. I also have to financially manage the budget of my home. To handle all these things I have to be a leader making all the major decisions.
