I would like to thank you for all the time and patience you showed me during our product's development. I truly believe if it wasn't for your mentoring, the product would have never gotten off of the ground.

You have truly been a pillar for us to hang onto, always keeping us on the straight and narrow, making sure everything was in order and on time. I am glad to have had the opportunity to have worked with you.

You brought a level of credibility to our company in areas that are not too often acknowledged. Your ability to maintain the high level of professionalism with your engagements with the customer was the best I have seen in my 10 years with Cisco.

In working with you for the past few years, I have gained an incredible appreciation for what you do. You keep us all honest and focused on getting things done.

Cisco is loosing a consummate professional. You will be missed by the customer and by me.

You are a true champion of teamwork.

I will always remember the dozen roses you and your team sent to me.
