My passion is guiding women by offering one on one coaching, group workshops & ladies retreats, allowing women the time and space to get to know themselves and others.Allowing them to step, however gingerly, however lightly into unknown territory and discover can be the women they are meant to be.

I love the outdoors, especially swimming & kayaking and, at 58 I trained and completed for my first sprint triathlon.

I started Destination Fabulous at age 57.So, you see,I'm proof positive that it's never too late.
