Since 2012 I've seen how Cloud and AI are changing at accelerated pace the IT landscape in Enterprise Applications: companies and business users want "it" yesterday, not in 9 months.
Less friction to start a new project, continuous and seamless upgrades and empowered business users bring to enterprise applications what digital companies started in the 2000's: a project is never finished, unless no more changes are requested, apps for everything, hyper connected, and real time. If IT can't deliver then users can create their own solutions.
