Under his command, Croomo has evolved to become a recognised industry expert in eLearning architecture, delivering innovative and fun training solutions to some of the largest corporate clients from across the globe, such as BHP Billiton, Newcrest Mining, Glencore, CS Energy and Ergon Energy to name a few.

Schalk’s passion for developing a streamlined online learning experience saw the birth of Clui, an award-winning cloud-based training delivery platform that is revolutionising the way participants learn, enterprises administer and authors share training.
