Dirk Schembri

Dirk is an accomplished Web Developer with a strong background in marketing, designing and developing webs sites. He worked companies, such as Crimsonwing, Ixaris, Uniblue and Amaya iGaming and has been involved with high-end clients and products, including TomTom, Weetabix, and Entropay. While his professional experience is web related, his true passion is in video games. Making video games that is! He holds a BSc in Creative Computing specifically to give him the skills required to work in the video gaming industry. He released his first official game in early 2014, called MooFo. His passion for video games has led to him investing in starting-up an Indie Game Development Studio, Gloom Design, with the focus on making fun and polished games. He also runs a successful website, IndieMeetup.com, where he interviews game developers and runs a local monthly meetup that gathers local developers to present their games and share their experiences.
