I'm a Motion Designer & Project Manager with nearly 15 years of relevant experience. I had the opportunity to work at a production company called Digital Business, which served some of the largest agencies in Brazil and worldwide, working with globally recognized brands such as General Motors, Jeep, Fiat, Claro, Vivo, Nissan, Nestlé, Pepsi, Santander, Skol, and Subway.

This experience provided me with strong expertise in high-volume campaigns, delivering dozens to hundreds of assets per month under tight deadlines and constant pressure. I started as an intern, was later invited to become a partner, and eventually the company was acquired by an international group, where I have been working for nearly two years.

Over the years, I gained hands-on experience with clients, creative teams, and cross-functional collaboration. My background spans motion design, video editing, 2D/3D animation, games, and creative direction. Becoming a partner also taught me the importance of giving constructive feedback and developing team skills while ensuring the financial health of the company.

During my leadership, the company’s revenue grew year over year, and new clients were consistently acquired. What started as a 6-person team grew into a 60–70 person operation, divided across client services, design, motion, development, and QA, and I played a key role in building this structure.

We produced over 3,000 assets per month for more than 30 active clients, including static banners, HTML animations, email marketing campaigns, and videos. I also gained valuable international experience working with foreign clients.

Additionally, I improved profit margins by optimizing resource allocation, bringing in freelancers to support urgent deliveries when the internal team reached capacity.
