I am a consumer protection lawyer in Manhattan, NY.

I graduated from Harvard Law School in 2004 and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit for Hon. R. Lanier Anderson, III.

After serving as a staff attorney in the consumer law unit of the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, I went into private practice in 2007 as a partner at Schlanger Law Group, LLP where I have spent more than a decade building a practice dedicated to consumer protection laws.

I have devoted my legal career to the protection of consumers’ rights.My practice areas include credit reporting act litigation (FCRA), serving victims of identity theft, federal fair debt collection practices act (FDCPA) and others.
