To be or not to be "digital & social", it's all about "digital & social transformation" Business Development, R&D;, Product Development, Innovation, Human Resources, Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Benchmarking, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Crisis Management, Information System,…, most company's business units, departments or functions will have to cope sooner or later with the exponential emergence of social business, networks and medias (professional and non-professional). This is why most companies need an overall vision and overall strategies about their "social transformation" for the efficient use of these networks and medias. Committed in the field of crowdfinancing, crowdfunding, open innovation and innovative business creation business I initiated as APPEES chair and founder in the design, development and implementation of the very first project of crowdfunding plateform to stimulate and facilitate the emergence of innovations and innovative business creations in academic and research. In this framework I brought together partnerships and sponsorships between businesses, research centers, business & engineering schools and universities for the development of academic crowdfunding portals for innovation and business creation (In'Mart with IBM Software partnership). These experiences lead me to offer to accompany the leaders of financials or industrial companies or academic or research institutions in their strategic thinking, decision making and change management relating to crowdfunding plateforms implementation, social networks and media.
