Sonam Choden

Mrs. Sonam Choden is from Lhuntshi Bhutan. She works for Thimphu TechPark Ltd as Managers(Operations) cum Company Secretary.

She provides training and mentoring to the entrepreneursassociated with Bhutan Innovation and Technology Centre, the first businessincubator located inside Thimphu TechPark. She graduated with a Bachelor ofComputer Applications from AVS College of Arts & Science, Tamil Nadu,India, in 2009. Prior to joining TTPL, she has worked in the news mediaindustry as a marketing officer for three and half years during which shereceived training in marketing and branding from the Times of India. She hasalso completed the training ‘Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate SocialResponsibility’ from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India,Ahmedabad, in 2013, the ‘Social Partnership for Business Development’ fromAahus Tech, Denmark, in 2014, and the 'Training of Trainers for New BusinessCreations and Marketing' organized by CEFE Sri Lanka- and the Ministry ofLabour and Human Resources, Bhutan, in 2015.
