Brandon Schoonderbeek

A little about myself. I previously studied Accounting at Carleton University but wanted something else to differentiate myself from the field. Thats why I'm taking the Business Management and Entrepreneurship program at Algonquin College.I may pursue my CPA designation in the future.

Hockey is a huge passion in my life, watching, playing and coaching. I played AAA hockey, eventually leading to a solid career of being traded around the EOJHL (Jr. B) with my career highlight being a backup for the Kemptville 73's (Jr. A) For a couple of games. Now being too old for junior hockey I've turned my focus into coaching, working as a goalie coach for some local Kemptville minor hockey teams.

My career path as of right now is kind of all over the place. I currently work as a supervisor at Bulk Barn. I have the opportunity to take over one as an owner, but would also like to work on the corporate side of the store. I'm also weighing my options with the City of Ottawa (have to take into account pension and benefits).
