Hello there beautiful ones. My name is Yvonne. I am married to a great guy and we share our home with our young adult son and spoiled dog. I am a native of Texas so you can imagine the HEAT and the havoc it wreaks on a girl's hair...and style for that matter. After transitioning from a chemical relaxer back in 2010 and receiving misguided information, I did my research and finally made the decision to commit to loc'ing my natural hair. This blog is to share my loc journey along the way as well as some style and yoga posts since I am somewhat a thrifty stylista and wanna be yogi.
