i donot know what poseses women to kidnap children and hide them from the father i could understand it if it was a case of abuse or neglect but this was most certanly not any thing like that my wife took our new born daughter and hid out on the east coast in camden delaware she hid her self and my daughter natalie with out couse when her awfull sister barbara hershberger ( now barbra holenger ) took her to cort becouse she was neglecting my daughter natalie her mother gave up all hope of living and layed down and died of organ falure from alot of drug use on her part 9 years ago her sister barbra lied to the state of delaware and got them to give her permant gardianship over natalie who was born in washington state all of thease custody proceedings were unconstutinal they claimed jursdiction over natalie when she had just goten to delaware and there was a granted custody in washington to me natalies father robert schultz proper law would have been to take the custody proceedings back to washington my daughter has been convinced that barbra is her mother and that her father dosent want any thing to do with her this is totaly wrong i have been searching for my kidnapped daughter for 18 years natalie is mentaly chalgenged and dosent process information corectly in her mind she is a happy child who plays with her dolls and talking to them and actualy believing that they talk back to her she has been allowed to live in a fantasy world not knowing the real truth and not tought how to deal with reality as her father and out of total concern for natalies well being i feel this allowence of fantasy life is abuse and neglect natalie has seisures and with out trying medicen to controll thease seisures they implanted a vegas nerve stimulator in her neck it is a magnetly triggored nerve stimulator how mid eval and barbaric are thease people who live in delaware i am 52 years old and natalie is my only child they robbed me of being a father to my daughter by kidnapping her and hiding her
