Elizabeth Marie

I really suck at writing these things, probably because as a girl I was taught from an early age not to talk too much about myself. Anyway, I guess I'll start with the basics. I just turned 27 in November 2013 and I am the oldest grandchild on my mom's side of the family (on my dad's side, I am the 3rd oldest). I have a younger brother and a slew of younger cousins, which makes holidays interesting.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Queens College, CUNY and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in Boston, however, I have yet to use either of them. Currently, I am trying to be a writer. I am working on series of time travel romances that take place partly in the future and partly in the past. I just finished my third NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and managed to hit the 50k mark just before the 30th.

I have a blog on Wordpress, called The Romance Reader, and it is fairly successful. I started it six months ago, and I have over 1500 views, averaging around 14 views a day.
