Sérgio Moro

I work in a major Portuguese retail Bank since 2001.

I started as a Software Engineer, then worked as a Project Manager with the responsability for software for the bank's Contact-Center, and currently I work in the coordination of Business Intelligence and Analytics projects such as ALM (Asset-Liability Management), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and Analytical CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

I have a computer engineering diploma (5 year degree course) by Instituto Superior Técnico, and a MSc in Management Information Systems from ISCTE-IUL, where I currently am a PhD researcher in the field of Decision Support Systems applied to the Banking industry.
