He grew the chapter to over 400 members, established 18 specialized research committees, and led the team to win the African Regional Award in Tanzania for Best Technical Dissemination.

Elvis is also an award-winning entrepreneur. He founded ChaiGroups, a successful on-campus logistics and food service brand, earning him the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award.

He combines this business acumen with a passion for technology, having established student-led research hubs in Cyber Security, AI, and Sustainable Energy.
