Okay, maybe not eating it...but I certainly am addicted to painting with it! Seriously - ADDICTED!! Fortunately, I have been blessed to use my addiction for the betterment (is that a word?!) of my family and turn my passion/addiction into a business.

All of my pieces are hand-painted, not sprayed, making each one unique. The brand I use is Annie Sloan Chalk Paint which, in my opinion, is THE BEST PAINT IN THE WORLD!! Maybe not so much opinion...Google it and see for yourself ;)

Okay, so who is this crazy, chalk paint addicted gal?

Other than being completely chalk-paint obsessed and lover of all things rustic, vintage and antique, I am also the mother of three PERFECT little boys (okay, maybe perfect is not the correct word here but I sure do love my imperfect boys perfectly ;) I am fortunate to be married to (*warning:sappy moment ahead*) the man I am convinced God placed on this earth just for me. I was blessed to meet him when I was 19, and we wed two weeks later (no, that's not a typo). Hey, when you know, you know - What else can I say? Two years later, we had our first son and then pretty much each consecutive year after until our family was complete in 2012 :)

Two years ago, when we moved from my husband's bachelor pad to our new family home, tripling the square footage, we quickly became aware that we needed LOTS of furniture to fill our space but, with three little ones, our budget was slim. I have always had a passion for "pickin" so to the yard sales I went. Between yard sales, flea markets, antique auctions and the like, I was able to find some amazing pieces for cheap and fix them up myself and the rest is history... I fell in love with the entire process from picking to painting. So, Rustic Chic Interiors was born!
