Scott (also known as Scotchandsoba in his social media) is an influencer of HIV/AIDS issues in Indonesia.

He was a scholarship awardee from Indonesian government. Right after finishing his master degree in Global Criminal Law from the University of Groningen, he established a support system group for PLHIV from around the nation in 2018. Furthermore, he also a founder and CEO of hayVee (a social community and first social platform for HIV/AIDS) in Indonesia.

As his educational background in criminology, Scott is really passionate about law, politic and social issues. Moreover, since he had many experiences in soft skills training such as XL Future Leaders (a two year program conducted by XL Axiata) and Neuro Linguistic Programming, he has a good public speaking, systematical and logical thinking to respond the facts, followed by identifying the problem.
