Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, I'm now living the dream in D.C. I'm a proud geek, wine lover, foodie, auto enthusiast, and amateur runner. You can usually find me tinkering with one of my computers, in the kitchen, or running around D.C.'s great outdoors.
Professionally, I was one of those people in college who went through multiple, very different majors before finally choosing something. My Bachelors is in Poli-Sci, but other than the writing skills I haven't used it much. I spent ten years at a large eCommerce company in various roles and found a love for cloud computing and CRM after teaching myself to be a Salesforce.com administrator.
I ventured back to school after a few years away to pick up my M.B.A., but I'm still making the cloud the core of my professional world. I'm currently a Consultant for Accenture, specializing in SFDC and other cloud-based CRM systems. I've been glad to see that D.C. has a budding and vibrant tech scene and I look forward to expanding my involvement in it over time.
