Scott Semple

Scott E. Semple is co-founder and COO of Dynamic Integrated Services, Inc. (DIS). DIS is a Washington DC Metro area based Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). DIS provides program management, technical consulting, and systems integration services, for enterprise-level web-based, cloud-based, and mobile IT systems, including development, deployment, and operations. Scott is also Co-Founder & Co-President of the DC Metropolitan Chapter of the SDVOSB Council, the nation’s largest advocacy group dedicated to advancing the business interests of service disabled veteran entrepreneurs. Scott has served as a senior business executive, entrepreneur, technologist, and strategic technology consultant to Federal and commercial clients globally. Bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and senior executive leadership, Scott has served in roles including CEO, CIO, COO, SVP BD, operating committee member, advisor to the Board of Directors, and advisor to several investment funds & VC’s. He has successfully envisioned and led several technology-based businesses from concept to profitability and exit, both as entrepreneur and corporate executive. Scott brings in-depth, hands-on experience in corporate and business development, product and service creation & management, IP creation (awarded US patents), emerging technologies (including cloud computing, mobile computing, cyber security, managed services), marketing, operations, JVs and strategic alliances. He is an experienced executive with 20+ years of proven management and leadership experience in emerging and disruptive technologies.
Mr. Semple maintains an active Federal security clearance and is a member of InfraGard www.infragard.net, the FBI’s invitation-only public/private partnership dedicated to protecting our nations critical infrastructure.
