I'm a leadership communication specialist.

I specialise in working with business professionals who want more personal authority, engagement and impact when they are most visible.

It's crucial to continually develop the skills you need to fully engage and influence others, especially in key meetings, challenging interviews, workshops, pitches and presentations.

I have transformed professionals at companies such as IBM, Apple, Google, the NHS and a whole host of smaller upcoming businesses, training them to be more engaging, influential and persuasive.

After graduating from the Master Trainer Institute in Geneva, I worked in the training profession for 23 years winning a UK Learning Industry award for training course design.

During the last 10 years, I became IBM’s lead interpersonal skills trainer in Europe.

As IBM’s highest rated trainer I was been asked to speak at business conferences and have travelled the world delivering inspirational courses to over 3000 professionals.

More recently, I co-founded The Skills Farm Ltd, a training company that offers a wide range of highly interactive skills-based workshops.
