Scott Evans
Scott's family has been in real estate for three generations. Growing up in rural Indiana, Scott learned how the values of honesty, commitment and service are integral to a successful business. He graduated from Sewanee: University of the South in Tennessee and fell in love with the Southern lifestyle. Scott started his real estate career in 2005, partnered with fellow Sewanee alumnus Zach Goodyear, and quickly became involved in the urban Nashville revival. He has participated in the development and sale of over $230 million in urban properties and currently serves as the Director of Sales for ICON in the Gulch, a 420-unit mixed-use high rise in Nashville's hottest urban neighborhood.
Scott is well-respected among his peers for his ethics and easy-going personality. With 90% of his business coming from referrals, his past clients respect his professional abilities. He has a breadth of experience from historic renovations to modern new construction homes and has successfully participated in his own renovation projects. When not working with clients, he spends his time with his wife, infant daughter and two rescue dogs often walking to the local hotspots for a meal with friends.
