I have been a Colorado resident for over 33 years, having attended high school in Frisco, Summit County in the early 70s, and then returning to Colorado in 1980. I served a total of six years as a Hospital Corpsman with the Navy and Marine Corps, and then studied business at both North Dakota State and the University of North Dakota before returning to Colorado. I met and married Jana McDaniel in 1981, and together we have raised four children in Breckenridge. We are very happy to have them out of college and starting their own families! Jana and I became grandparents in August of 2011, and we now have four grandkids!

Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1984, I have spent 26 years with Paffrath & Thomas Real Estate in Breckenridge, Colo. and have enjoyed living and working in the Colorado High Country. My parents have lived in Grand Junction for many years, so I have become very familiar with all that Mesa County has to offer and have looked forward to moving to the area for some time. I have really enjoyed my real estate career and feel extremely fortunate to have worked with so many clients with diverse real estate needs and desires. Many of these clients have become close friends, which just adds to the enjoyment of working in the real estate industry.
