I am an Army veteran and have been to a couple fun over-seas locations. I am ITIL certified and have been working in IT for 10 years and with help desks for a little over 7 years. For 6 years, I have worked as a help desk supervisor. I have knowledge of Project Management fundamentals and have been awarded for the work done with several projects.
